Stacey Solomon rose to fame as an Xfactor contestant with an amazing voice and bubbly personality. The now Loose Women star has posted photos of her recent baby shower which was attended by Ashley Roberts, fellow Loose Women star Andrea McLean and The Great British Bake Off’s Candice Brown.
Stacey wore a gorgeous off the shoulder dress and was seen posing behind a table of scrumptious looking blue and purple cupcakes. Was this a gender reveal?! It could have been! Because only a few weeks later she gave birth to a beautiful baby boy.
This is Stacey’s first child with boyfriend, Tv presenter Joe Swash. The couple have been dating since 2016 and they announced they were expecting a baby together back in February.
The baby boy was born in May. The couple have named him Rex Toby Francis Swash. “Rex because our boys think he sounds like a T-Rex. Francis is Joe’s Nanna’s name and Toby is my Nanna’s name. It’s taken us this long to announce the name because for some strange, probably hormone and post birth related, reason I didn’t want to do it until his official due date.”
The baby was born 2 weeks before its due date but Stacey wanted to wait until his original due date to announce the name, as it was also her mothers birthday.
