Sock Bouquet

A Sock Bouquet is such a fun yet practical baby shower gift that the mother-to-be is sure to love! Keep reading to find out how to create your own.

In order to create this fun gift you will need the following:

Newborn socks
Mini flower pot
Baby blanket
Elastic bands

To begin, roll up each sock tightly and tie in the middle with an elastic band. Do the same with all the socks you have, making sure you have enough to fill up the entire pot. When you have all the socks rolled and tied, gather them in groups of 3/4. Tie each of these groups together again with an elastic band so each group looks like a mini bouquet.

Depending on the size of your flower pot you may need to place a baby blanket in the bottom of the pot to fill up room. Line the sides of the pot with coloured paper to decorate also. Place the groups of flowers on top of the blanket in the pot. Arrange these so it looks like a pot full of (sock) flowers. If you need to fill up the flower pot a bit more feel free to roll up more socks, baby grows or bibs. However, make sure you have enough socks so that the pot looks really full.
