Why Have A Baby Shower Activity?

Getting all of your guests to participate in a baby shower activity is a lovely way to help them to bond, especially as they might all come from different areas of the Mummy To Be’s life-work, different social groups, family and hobbies. Knowing that everyone is enjoying the day, and feeling comfortable will help the Mummy To Be feel more at ease too, since it is a day that has been organised for her and the little one that will soon arrive. It may also be her last opportunity for a while to get together with everyone, and relax. Deep breath ladies, and release the stress….aaaahhh.

Did We Say Cupcake Making? Yum!

Yes, you heard right. We love to practise our cupcake making skills here at babyshower.ie. It is a truly wonderful excuse for some indulgence with friends and family. Baking and munching delicious food is always a good way to bond, no matter what your age. We still remember all those times baking as children-our favourite memories are made of these! Anyway, what child wouldn’t appreciate a Mummy who has some cupcake making skills-time to prepare for all of those sweet and messy baking activities with a toddler. 😉

What a precious gift to give to the Mummy To Be… We adore this Photoshoot idea. When the nights are long and she is utterly exhausted, yet she still keeps going, nurturing that little one, why not give her something to treasure. Something to inspire her during those sleepless nights. It’s the little things.
