Looking for a great game to play at the baby shower? Dont Say Baby is a simple game that can be enjoyed by all guests on the day.

How to play:

This game is simple to play. When guests enter the party hand them a necklace each. You can purchase necklaces or simply make them yourself using a long piece of string with a pacifier on the end. Gather everyone in one area and explain how to play.

Rules:

The rules of this game are simple – no one is allowed to say the word “baby” during the entire party. If you hear someone say “baby” you get to take their necklace from them and wear it yourself. This will become increasingly difficult as the party continues and guests become distracted. Perfect! A great idea would be to create a sign that greets guests and introduces them to the game as they arrive. Create this sign yourself using cardboard and markers. This would also look great on a small chalkboard. The sign could contain the game rules such as;

DONT SAY BABY

Girls! Grab a necklace and pop it on!

Try not to say the word “Baby” throughout the whole party!

Caught? Now it is theirs to lift,

The person with the most might just get a prize!

It would be great idea to play this game throughout the entire party. However, if the host has other games planned, the first hour should be plenty of time. The person wearing the most necklaces by the time the game is finished, wins! If possible, reward the winner with a small gift such as a box of chocolates or a nice candle.
