And The News Today Is: Celebrity Baby Showers Which We Love
Well, we all love to see how the other half live and maybe, just maybe, be able to use any inspiration from their celebrity baby showers and find an affordable way to do something similar, if it tickles our fancy, that is! Sometimes we are not so sure about their ideas… We might just leave out the insane presents also that could cost more than a house.

The Victoria’s Secret Model and Mom To Be had this gorgeous Safari themed baby shower…Adorable with a wild touch! Such a good idea, given how many children love the zoo. When they are bigger, they will love hearing about their Mom’s wild safari baby shower to honour their precious arrival. Stuffed animals such as lions, elephants and giraffes adorned the room with lots of animal face cupcakes. They used lots of flowers to add extra colour and had a bright blue cake. And if you wanted to go down the route of a name and gender reveal, then you could do the Name in bunting as shown in the photo below. And even cuter, guests were all given animal shaped gift boxes as they were leaving. Plenty of fun and laughter here. This is one of our favourite themes at babyshower.ie also.

For those of us who love a nautical theme, this is the ticket. A theme that you can do in your very own backyard as Amy has done. Now you just have to get some good Irish weather and if not, get out the oilskins (ask a fisherman), and raincoats. 😉 Don’t forget to enlist the help of a good friend, as Kaley Cuoco did for Amy. Friendship rocks!
The nautical them payed homage to Davidson’s husband who is a boat captain-this child will love hearing his Daddy’s stories and adventures. They used blue and white striped decor, while a table displayed treats with a sailing motif. And we just love the cake in the shape of an anchor. Want.
As a baby shower activity, the guests also wrote messages in a bottle for Amy and the baby. Adorable-something any baby shower theme could incorporate….just because it’s a sweet idea. How could we not?

And now for one of our own celebrities-Dee Devlin and Conor McGregor! 🙂 What a gorgeous celebrity baby shower, and a lovely idea for the dad to be involved also. Come on, dads-no excuses now. If the ladies will have you, that is. 😉
The shower took place in the gorgeous Aqua restaurant in Howth, North County Dublin. What stunning sea views they have there! Some amazing bespoke creations were on offer from https://www.instagram.com/thecakecuppery/…just beautiful! Decorations consisted of some very elaborate centerpieces by Joeanna Caffrey and we have to say it looks stunning, with entertainment being provided by The Apple Blossoms. Then a delicious meal of seafood chowder and fresh fish and chips. Perfection.
Simple in it’s own way and yet relaxing. What a treat for Mummy to be with style on the side.
